Great Acting, Story not as Good

This story shows a side of this country that middle class,private schooled guys do not see. There were alot of stories here, the one that does not get well drawn out is the tough relationship between Coach and Stefan Djorgevic? (Tom Cruise).
To me the coach really respected the guy and saw the inner potential that Stefan had and did not let him get away with it. But the type of guys these people were may not have allowed for it. The men here were not the type to contemplate their feelings.
My favorite character was the one played by Lea Thompson. Seems like a great girl who too was caught in a tough sitaution. |
