When Warner Bros. first developed this movie, it cost a record breaking $2 million to make. This movie has accomplished so many feats: it was one of the first in three color technicolor and the first Robin Hood featuring sound. The acting is superb and everyone goes well together. If these people weren't used, then it would have been tremendously horrible. Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland are far too marvelous for words. "The Adventures of Robin Hood" is definitely worth any amount of money spent on it. |
