I grew up with this movie being a favorite in my household and I'm glad I had such exposure to it. It's creative and well done despite the effects the movie world didn't have access to at that time, yet The Abyss still achieves to make everything around it appear real! The story itself was quite believable with its fantastic characters. Ah, yes and the acting is suburb. I only hope, through time, no one will forget this masterpiece. |
