I purchased this movie at Wal-mart a few days back, and was not disappointed, to say the least. The acting is sound, story is very good and the directing was well executed. Story centers around Vietnam era, where drug smuggling from war torn country was common play. The genius of this movie begins to manifest when top level corrupt CIA members become implicated in narcotic dealings, linking to their past days of the US war with North Vietnam. Movie begins in Vietnam for short period, and then switches over to present day Chicago, where segal is out of the CIA and a Tac sargent for the Chicago police department. Segal is shortly reunited with his foes in the CIA, which forced him out of the spy agency due to his resistance of their corrupt drug activity. |
