Dolly Parton made her film debut in this absolutely hilarious take on overworked and underappreciated female office workers. Add funny lady Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda in one of her most underappreciated roles, and you have a winning formula that you will want to watch time and time again. Dabney Coleman plays Mr. Hart (that's F. Hart to you), a lying, hypocritical, sexist, egotistical bigot...the girls' boss. When Mr. Hart's wife is sent away for a few weeks, the girls kidnap Hart and run the office their way. But the funniest part of this film is when the girls are fantasizing about how to do away with their boss. The dream sequences are uproariously funny! And it must be said that Dolly steals this movie from everyone. Hey, she even wrote the Oscar nominated title song!
