I just was switching channels (as usual) and I came across this show. Luckily, I had just missed the first couple of minutes.
It's a show set in the pre-arthur era, all the way till the moment arthur was born. The movie basically tells of the life story of merlin. From how he was 'created', to how he met his first love, and tells of his own internal struggle against the use of magic. Even shows how excalibur came about.
Some parts of the show are a bit abrupt (due to the lack of time, i guess), but the overall story-telling was wonderful. The graphic scenes are somewhat crude for today's technology, but that's ok for me.
Overall, I'd recommend this to all Arthur fans. ^^ |
