The idea was decent but the execution of the movie was horrible. First, Ice-T is hard to take seriously. Secondly, for being an action film about killing people, there was surprisingly little blood and no special effects. Also there were too many scenes where the players sat around talking and arguing about pointless things, this slowed down the movie and spaced out the action too much. A little more history about the players or the mysterious syndicate would have fleshed out the story more and gotten the viewer more involved with the players. |
