Tremendously great movie worth seeing...

One day a few months back, I was bored, and flipping the channels around. I found on the USA Network, the film 187. It is an outstanding film, with some of the best acting I've seen in a film. It's so sad that not many people know about this movie, those who have not seen it are truly missing out! Samuel Jackson plays this sort of nerdy high school teacher who's picked on by this gang. The gang steals some of his prized possesion's, and that's just only the beginning of the story. Over and over they torment the poor guy until he's broughted down to his last wit. He literally goes crazy. The ending is very tense and clamatic. What happens is, the gang goes over to the house of the teacher they torment with guns drawn. When they enter the house, he's just sitting on the bed. You'd think they'd shoot him, but instead go to the kitchen for a game of Russian Roulette. Back and forth they go, finally, one of them get's shot. But believe me, it's not how you expect it to happen. Just go out and rent or buy the movie, trust me, it's a film worth having. This is such a great film, and like I said, not to many know about it, and it's a shame they don't, because they're missing out. So, don't miss out either, go out and see it, trust me, it's worth the $5 or $10 dollars to rent or buy. |
