First let me say that I am 49 yrs old and I have seen a lot of movies in my time, some good, some bad, and some that are excellent, but this movie is the best movie I have ever seen. I watched this movie when it first aired on TV back in 1978 and I was glued to my chair watching it, it would air 1 episode each week and for 12 weeks I would be in front of my tv watching it. The scenery and visual effects through out the movie were in perfect sync with the story line, unlike some other movies where they make mistakes like green grass in the winter time, in this movie I could find no mistakes. The director for this film really did his homework because each time line frame blended into the last one to make a perfect unison, there were no skipping around scenes like there are in others. The story itself is so realistic that I can believe that the events in the film really did happen. I really enjoyed this movie, in fact, I own my own copy of the movie, all 12 VHS tapes, and other friends of mine who have watched it love it to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO WATCH THIS FILM, WATCH IT, YOU WON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED. |
