I think "extreme measures" is a great film,great story,great actors...I really love Hugh Grant but in this character(role)i loved him so much!!The story is like we say in french :le vraisemblable ,that means it can happen in our life.the film is a real show of feelings and events.Everyone in this life has a purpose,a work in this life and he has to do it correctly,but sometimes while doing his work correctly he finds some problems and he has to fight to continue and win !!
