Jack Cole (Steven Seagal) and Jim Campbell (Keenan Ivory Wayans) are a mismatched team of cops who are on the case of several murders. Cole's wife has been murdered and points to him as the actual killer. Attempting to clear his name, the two cops track down the killer and his men.
