Golf was never this funny

What a great movie. Is it a love story?? Is it a Drama?? Is it a comedy?? The answer to all 3 of those questions is yes. But to me it's a sports movie above all else with the other 3 cleverly woven in there. Kevin Costner is once again money as Tin Cup. He did all his own golf scenes as well and from the look of that swing I'd say the man is under a 10 for sure. Rene Russo plays the part of the psychologist in need of a psychologist very well. She made me believe she was confused as hell. But the Cheech Marin steels the show as Romeo. He's funny as hell when he needs to be, and serious as hell when he needs to be. The golf scenes though are what I love first and foremost and man they are good. |
