Richard Gere delivers a flawless performance. The rookie Edward Norton is remarkable in a difficult role. Laura Linney is irritating and tends to overact at times.
Culpable? Or innocent? The director, an excellent storyteller, keeps you guessing all the time.
I won't spoil the climax for the ones who haven't seen it. Let me tell you, it is wonderfully executed. |
