"The Birdcage" is the kind of movie you can watch again and again and always pick up new jokes. It's riotously funny. Nathan Lane as Albert was a fabulous casting choice. Robin Williams was great as always in his role as well. I have to commend whoever created the sets for this film, as they did a very good job of establishing the Goldmans' lifestyle vs. the Keelys'. Hank Azaria as Agador- I laugh every time: "Isss the shoessss. They make me fall down." Little throw- away jokes are well utilized throughout. I am also a fan of the original La Cage, and I think that this movie really did it justice. Everybody was great in their roles, and overall a very worth-while movie! |
