Real, Raw and Dark Love Story....

Cage does his best performance yet here of a failed alcoholic. If anyone has ever known one or loved an alcoholic, they completely relate to the character. Of course it is dark and sad, but so realisticly portrays the two main characters of Ben and Sera, Cage and Shue, falling in love. The wonderful jazz music will haunt you for days...better yet, I gauge the movies I watch by whether I want to see them again and again, as I did this one. The uncut version is a bit too raw and some of it is best left out for the continuity of the main love story. |
