I loved this movie ever since I was 10. It shows the hardships of growing up, divorce, and being there for eachother when they need eachother. The acting is great, and it really does look like the 1970's. It shows how naive kids can be when they get into something, like solving the murder of Dear Johnny, raising money for a tree house, and persuing dreams like being famous and marrying a rich doctor. The girls in this movie really do play the part of 4 very unique best friends overcoming issues in the 1970's well. This movie will make you laugh so hard, scare you, and bring tears to your eyes, as it did mine. |
