"Now and Then" is a terrific nostaglic trip, a female "Stand By Me." For those who grew up in the 70's and remember when as kids we played outside instead of the XBOX2, I think this brings me back to a time when your young all was innocent through your eyes. The acting is terrific. You see two major stars of tomorrow, Christina Ricci and Thora Birch. I have been a fan of these two since. The adults are well casted as their younger versions. The soundtrack, costimes, and direction is first rate as well. I really love this movie. |
