this is a B movie and only a B movie, not an oscar winner and not a bad film. the main reason i say this is that i like the way they stayed true to the B horror genre by not using CGI monsters the evil Gorillas were just guys in suits as was AMY. this film is just what is expected a semi-gory animals gine bad flick with some heart. the overall film was good and the gorillas were cool the major down side is that the hippo scene wasn't very long nor was the final gorilla battle. this is one of those mid night movies that you don't have to pay much attention to to understand it. if i were you i would check it out and possibly but it (maybe). |
