Absolutely Delightful

I have been watching this movie consistantly since it first came out when I was a little girl. Before I knew the truth about Santa Claus, I had the biggest faith in Santa's existance. Time and time again, this movie has unfailingly brought me back to the days whenever I was a little girl, struggling with whether or not to believe. The movie, in my opinion, is an awesome remake of the first version. I find the first is much funnier, but I like the way they attributed a bit of drama and seriousness into this movie. It was needed. I love the acting, especially that of Dylan McDerrmot, who did an excellent job in his role, as did the other characters. I also loved the New York City setting. They did an awesome job showing the beauty of New York during Christmastime. The first movie lacked this in my opinion. Over all, this movie is by far my favorite. A classic that will never be replaced and that my children will watch from years to come. |
