the first can never be replaced but sometimes it can come in as a close second in the film industry gone with the wind can never be remade or the wizard of oz but the muppets came in aclose second on the wizard of oz film and the wiz the musical but if you remake films as in the christmas carol it alway s comes out pretty fine as in mickeys' and mr magoos'and the musical vertion of it always works things on broadway always work when it goes from movie to broadway or from broadway to the big screen in many cases if i may repeat myself an award winning film in many case if it's the best can not be the best again do you think you can remake casablanca or many others youmight be able to have story line about the same story with a 360 turn or obscure type of tail twist to it but people love films whether the are the best or a B film for entertainment so what ever the film industy puts together if it's fun anddaring and the fans love the actors or the plot it can be sucessful so this remake of the natalie wood vertion still holds my interest but can never replace the orginal |
