This film tries to get back to the original theme, and is absolutely horrible. Like Howling IV, it is more than dissappointing--it's awful. The werewolf itself is cheesy, and the bloody murders really aren't that impressive.
And the acting isn't the best in the world, either.
Don't give it any attention--you'll regret your decision.
