This movie was the 1st movie to make me realize what an amazing talent Depp is. He BECAME Ed Wood! He was simply charming, endearing and passionate as this character. You loved Ed Wood, despite his horrendous films, because of the passion he had for his work. Wow! The man definitely had issues! lol The funny parts in this movie were hilarious and the touching parts, tear-jerking. Martin Landau was equally as charming and touching as the washed up Bella. Wow, did he do a great job! No one else could have played the supporting role of the wanna be transexual, like Bill Murray did! Ha! He was great! Simply, this is Tim Burton at his best! The replay value on this movie is high, as it gets better with each viewing. |
