The Best Movie of '94

This is quite possibly the greatest film of 1994. In all aspects, it is fantastic. For the sake of argument, I will focus on the categories Yahoo focuses on.
The story: Though generic, it is quite fantastic. It is very Shakespearean in a way, the struggles between long time friends, a love forbidden. It also has very funny aspects of sexual confusion, leading to gender-switching. A plus all the way.
The acting: Where to begin? First, Bug Hall. Quite possibly the greatest actor of the 1990's, his most notable performances being in this and the Disney classic Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves. He brings a certian genius to the screen that keeps you always entertained. You don't see him on screen much nowadays, but I'm sure he's off doing award winning plays in London or something. Also, the beautiful cameos. With such all star talent, like George Wendt, star of Cheers, giving a wonderful performance as a lumber salesman. And Mel Brooks, the legend, playing the evil Jew Bank owner, who gives way to Spanky's greates line, "You can't treat people this way, mister!". And let's not forget Whopee Goldberg, and her heroing performance as Buckwheat's mother. So emotional, so memorable. A plus, my friend.
The Direction: When you bring such an amazing director like Spheeris onto a production. You know you're going to get gold. The way she drives a picture, like a well oiled vehicle, it brings tears of beauty to your eyes. I think you all know what I mean. A plus if anyone ever deserved it.
Visuals: Absolutely mesmorizing. The cameras in this film are used to the best they possibly, capturing every emotion, every laugh, so perfect in every way. Where is the oscar is for cinematography? A plus!
So if for some strange reason, you have not seen the brilliant phenomena that is The Little Rascals, I suggest you run out and grab a copy today.
