Stanley Ipkiss, a bank clerk, is a poor misunderstood average goof, that is, until he finds an ancient mask that when worn, turns an average guy like Stanley into a powerhouse of energy and animal magnetism. This also gets him into trouble as well. You will also delight in the screen stealing dog named Milo, a Jack Russel Terrier with seemingly more brains than his owner Stanley. This movie is very well done and gives Carrey the chance to do what he does best, and that's make people laugh. The visual effects are outstanding to say the least. Quite possibly the best movie of its year. Worth a watch anytime with all family members. Destined to be a classic! |
