"Speed" was great. Keanu Reeves was spactacular in this movie, as was he in "The Matrix". It tells the story of a madman bomber, who at first fales at an attempt to hold 7 hostages for 3 million in an elevator, now gets back at the man who foiled his plans. Denis Hoper plays Mr. Payne, who puts a bomb on a L.A bus. Jack Traven (Keanu Reeves), gets a call after his best friend bus driver lays victum to the first bus explosion. The call is from the madman bomber, who says that..."There's a bomb on a bus, if the bus goes over 50, the bomb is armed, once it frops below 50, it explodes...what do you do Jack...what do you do!". As he fins the bus, he meets Annie (Sandra Bullock), who must drive the bus, after the driver is shot in a freaf accident. It's full of action, gurantee you'll love it, I give it 50 thumbs up, that's right, 50! |
