It is OBVIOUS that the people who made this film had COMPLETELY RUN OUT OF IDEAS! There is not much of a story to this film, nor is the acting good. Because the film makers wanted to make even more money out of this film, they made the credits at the end funny! They did a BAD JOB of making this sequel!
The ORIGINAL Sister Act came ONLY came out the year before the sequel was made. In other words, the sequel was made STRAIGHT AFTER the original; There is a only a 1 year gap between the two Sister Act films! The people who made this film had NOT had ANY time to think of a good story for a sequel. I did NOT enjoy this film because the people who made it did NOT have any good ideas on how to make a sequel! This film was REALLY QUITE BAD!

The opening sequence was good because it was very beautiful. It presented the city of Las Vegas all lit up at night. It also had beautiful music which went very well with the scenery. The scene where Deloris was performing on stage was just as beautiful, perhaps not as good as the scene of Las Vegas. The scene of the grand competition was also beautiful because it had people in beautiful costumes. This ONLY brought up the film a LITTLE BIT.

I wasn`t expecting Deloris to WEAR A WIG when she performed! Her hair certainly LOOKED as if it was REAL! But wait a minute. That IS the whole purpose of wearing a wig: if you lost your hair due to illness, you would NOT want other people to notice what had happened, would you? So you would wear a wig to cover up the fact that you`d lost your hair.

The story was very bad because it is all about Deloris going back to being a nun and doing something which she could not have done without proper training. Teachers have to go through a special course, and Deloris did not have such a thing. Somehow she managed to control the class and get them to go for a huge music competition. I didn`t like the way the pupils behaved to Deloris at the beginning of the film bacuse they put glue on her seat. It was VERY NAUGHTY of them to do this since it was dangerous to Deloris because she wouldn`t have been able to travel from one place to another. Nor would she been able to get into bed when she was tired. I don`t know how Deloris released herself from the chair, because the film doesn`t show it. This sort of situation has NEVER happened to me, but if it did (if someone put glue on my seat), I would call the emergency services to release me; so if you glued me to a seat, I would get the police on you. YOU should ALWAYS look at the seat of your chair BEFORE you sit on it. You MUST NEVER, EVER put glue on someone else`s chair as it puts people`s lives at risk. I do NOT approve of practical jokes, because they are NASTY and EMBARRASSING. Practical jokes are NOT AT ALL funny.

One of the girls, whose name was Rita, had to tell her mum (Florence) about the music competition. Rita`s mum was being FOOLISH because she was stopping her daughter from doing something which could lead to a good life. The competition meant a lot to Rita, and Florence should have been more understanding. Because of what her mum had done, Rita had to forge her mum`s signature. It was actually right of Rita to do this. When Florence found out about what Rita had done, she WENT TO SEE her daughter perform in the theatre.

This whole film REMINDS me of a school in my local area which had poor standards because the pupils got such bad grades. I did not go to this school; instead, I went to one of the best schools in my town. The school which I went to is so popular that so many parents send their children to it. Some of the teachers at MY OLD SCHOOL heard about the trouble that the other school was having, so they APPLIED FOR JOBS at the school which had poor standards SO THAT THEY COULD IMPROVE IT and make it a better place! Some of the pupils who went to my high school went there because their parents didn`t want them to go to the school with poor standards.
I would like to say that it`s BETTER to TRY TO IMPROVE a school that`s struggling by working there INSTEAD of abandoning it and sending your children to a school that`s already good. People who are already good teachers SHOULD work at schools which are under pressure to improve.
Deloris SUCCESSFULLY managed to stop the school in Las Vegas from closing because she SUCCESSFULLY managed to CONTROL them and STOP them from causing trouble.
