Bobby Fischer checks other family films but good

Searching for Bobby Fischer may be cliched but it's an interesting story to watch. It tells the story of young Josh Waitzkin who as the film progresses becomes a protege of chess. Along the way he learns about growing up and not taking the world so seriously. Searching for Bobby Fischer may be a little slow for kids and they may want to back down from it but it's definitely a movie for all audiences and I definitely recommend not shying away from it. Ben Kingsley and Lawrence Fishburne deliver strong performances as Josh's rival teachers and it's unbelivably entertaining to watch. Strongly recommended. |
