Awful, Just Awful
Some quotes to start off with

the robo ninja is an asian american with a black ninja costume who by the way has less martial arts skills than my protractor
the robo ninja's main attack is stare, run and jump, occasionally whirling a katana like a Gaijen
the robo ninjas weaknesses? bullets, fighting back, running, insults, wind
there is a cliche kid genius that can "hack anything"
she says really annoying things
we are meant to believe that the staple guy from office space is a tough freedom fighter
the movie is anti-capitalist, there is a pro communist speech toward the end by a film protagonist
Rip Torn plays a goofy, dumb OCP CEO
the movie is cheesy as hell
ED-209 leaves bullet holes the size of ants
Robocop flies
