Wow, this movie was great!!! Hehe, no i'm not kidding either. Sure this isn't up to "The Last Samurai" or "Forrest Gump" type of top quality movies that we are used to, but it DEFINITELY takes the cake when it comes to B-rated movies. Especially when they are B-rated horror movies. Hmmm, actually i think 99% of B-rated movies are either horror OR action movies....not many dramas come to mind. Anywho, with this movie being the BEST cheesy horror movie i've ever seen it's also the goriest movie i've ever seen!!! Hands down brother! Especially the last half hour of the movie, when zombies bust loose in a mansion and this nerdy guy has to get rid of them.....by means of a lawnmower!!!! I won't ruin the ending for ya....well actually what's there to ruin?? This guy straps this lawnmower across his chest and uses it like a shield from zombies attacking him. Alot of blood and fingers, hands, arms, and heads go flying.....see, nothing to ruin.
Anyway i'm not going to go into the detail of how the acting was or how fast-paced the story was, because let's just say no-one from this movie is recognizable (except for the man behind the camera, "Lord of the Rings" director Peter Jackson) and it's a B-rated movie. I don't know a single sole who sees a B-rated movie for acting or plot. I think they see the movie for pure shock value....which this movie definitely has. So anyway, i recommend you see this movie on an "empty" stomach and write your own review as so other B-movie fans will gain wind about this awesome movie! ;) |
