Hello, Mr. Gibbs
I actually liked this horror film. I usually don't like horror films all too much because I get scared really easily. The movie Dead Alive was the most gory movie I have ever seen. It reminds mee of the movie The Evil Dead. I think the goriest scene in Dead Alive was the lawnmower scene. Lionel took his lawnmower and bulldozed about 50 or more zombies with blood, guts, and body parts flying everywhere. The whole scene was red! Also, my favorite scene in the film was when Lionel had to take care of the zombie baby in the park. He ends up beating up the baby like crazy in front of several women taking care of their babies!. I thought that was the funniest scene in the whole movie. I thinkt he cinematography was okay, but nowhere as great as the cinematography in The Evil Dead. I think the plot was a little too simple and was drawed out just a little too long for this movie. I can't believe that Lionel's mom was so over protective that even when she was a zombie, she wanted to keep him with her and put him inside her enormous zombie body. GROSS! I reallly dispise that scene. It is very obsene. I rate this movie a A- overall. |
