Hello Mr. Gibbs, this is Brian D.
This movie almost made me hurl. The plot was alright but could have been so much better. I liked how they mixed gypsy relgion with zombie stuff. Making the necklace tha Paquita's grandma gave to Lionel a symbol in the movie.The movie was fast moving and wasn't boring. The beginning went to straight to hands being chopped off. There were many good close up views such as hands being chopped off, eyes falling out, torso's being removed from legs. I liked the special effects. The blood and entestines moving around looked very realistic. Before I watched this movie I had a turkey sandwhich with mayonaise and felt like throwing up because of the blood and gore. This was one of Peter Jacksons early movies, it was good. |
