This movie was really touching. I dont understand why it would be seen under the comedy genre, because I found several parts of it to be dramatic and very applicable to life in general. It reminded me a lot of The Other Sister, although that movie was released after Benny and Joon. What I loved most was this movie's ability to show that mental illnesses do not prevent one from living, learning, and most of all...loving. My only problem with the movie is this....why is it not titled Sam and Joon? |
