what makes this film great is pacino's carisma and brilliant portrayal of an overbearing blind retired lieutenant. The film reflects the pain that a hero like this colonel is hidding deap inside of him and how his tough caracter and the innocence of his young guardian chris O'donnell have changed their lives forever.An amazing film. Intelligently written.it's one of al pacino's best performances. |
