Love this movie

I’m a fan of Mira Nair’s movies and I like how she can cover all aspects of Indian culture, whether it’s comical or dramatic, and I’m glad that she made a movie about a romance between a black man and Indian woman. Though the movie did try to pack a lot in with so little time, I’m glad she did a movie about interracial love between blacks and Indians, because that’s not a couple you see often. Well, I liked it enough that it’s part of my library. |
