MUCH ADO ABOUT TOM

This 1960 British masterpiece directed by revered director Michael Powell predated the release of "Psycho" by three months. It tells the shocking story of a loner (Carl Boehm) who hides behind a camera, obsessed with, and capturing the last fleeting moments of fear on the faces of his victims. Outraged and dismissed as garbage at the time, this explosive film was only shown in theatres for one week before it was yanked and thrust into an abyss of obscurity until Martin Scorsesse revived it in 1979 by proclaiming it as a masterpiece of cinema. And that it is. Horror fans, take note! This film is every bit as good as ANY movie Alfred Hitchcock ever made!
