Steven Seagal is John Hatcher, a retired DEA agent who takes on a Jamaican drug-ring that has taken over his hometown. Determined to drive the dealers out, he crosses paths with Screwface (Basil Wallace) the Jamaican druglord who vows to kill Hatcher and his family. With a vengeance, Hatcher wipes out the ring and Screwface. |
