Well, I always thought that Rocky V was one of the best of the Rocky movies, as the series apparently comes to a full circle.
The first scene sends chills down your spine as Rocky Balboa (another magnificent job by Stallone) has just sent Ivan Drago's boxing career down the tubes; Balboa now realizes that his OWN career is going down the toilet too. The scene in which the ghost of MICKEY tells Rocky to "Get up, you SOB!" is also memorable.
Elton John's "The Measure of a Man" is a memorable song that is played during the film's end credits; there is a montage featuring stills from all the other Rocky movies (however, it is possible that there'll be a Rocky VI).
"You come full circle, now you're home;
without the gold, without the chrome;
is this where you've always been;
you had to lose, so you can win.
And rise above your troubles, while you can.
Now you can love, now you can lose;
Now you can choose; that's the mea sure of a man"
