Phony revenge muddled plot of a movie

Harrison Ford and Brian Dennehy play lawyers for the state in this film. Things are complicated when a co-worker of theirs (Joanne Whalley Kilmer) is found raped and murdered.
Its soon discovered that both men were sexually involved with Kilmer and suspicions abound.
Ford is eventually charged with the rape/murder and only has a short period of time to figure who has committed the crime.
The audience doesn't even know for sure if Ford is guilty or not but I can assure you the end is very dissappointing and one of those "only in the movies" endings.
The cheap ending ruins the whole movie which was quite interesting up to that point. |
