Anjelica Huston has a charisma in this movie that outshines some of her more popular work. As the Grand-High Witch trying to turn all of England's children into mice, Huston is the wickedness necessary to stir in this dark comedy based on Roald Dahl's best seller. "The Witches" has been seen by me more often then many movies I watch. It is charming, creepy and funny. I reccomend it highly for both adults and kids. |
