Watching this movie is tantamount to a religious experience...if you're an atheist. It is as though God spoke through John Boorman, unfortunately God speaks German and Boorman does not.
If you enjoy "cult classics" that are so bad that they're great, this is the best there is. Get the DVD-version and watch it with the director's commentary, soooo hilarious. |
