This is your typical Mel Brooks spoof very goofy and funny. Although not Mel's best work,(at least not to me Blazing Saddles is far superior) it still delivers some classic scenes. The one with Dr. Frankenstein and the monster performong Puttin on the Ritz had me laughing until coke was coming out of my nose, and when Igor's hump would move from 1 side to the other. If you like slap-stick silly comedy than this is for you. One of the great parody movies ever. |
