This was a really good movie, had never seen it before when it first came out. The first 10 minutes are the most amazing first 10 minutes of any film Ive seen. It just grabs you completely and you are mesmerised by the life and death strugle in the begginning. The complete story is very tight and some of the computing concepts and ideologies would still seem valid today. There are alot of similarities between Hal in 2001 A Space Odyseey and the mainframe computer in Wargames.Nice performances by Matt Broderick and the rest of the cast.Very enjoyable movie all round |
