I saw both "Walking Tall" and "Walking Tall Part 2" in the theater in the mid and late 70's(go ahead,Guess My Age...). This new-and-improved "Rocking Tall" doesn't hold a stick(pun intended) to the original. The Walking Tall remake lacks two things the origials had:empathy and understanding. The late,great Buford Pusser had a heart that this character lacks.I'll rent and watch the originals,thank you. |
