This movie gets better marks than it deserves because of the great video game that bears its name. (actually there were at least two video games - but discs of tron was kina crap).
the original tron game totally ruled (the one with the four different challenges per level: tanks, breakout, light-cycles, spider thingy) i spent hundreds of dollars on this thing one quarter at a time.
oh yeah, the movie was a lot of fun too...
TRIVIA: apparently all the high-tech seeming animation was hand-drawn and was not CG at all |
