What a piece of trash!!! Set in the 30's, it revolves around a dance marathon and its contestents. My Grandmother told me of these things, and they weren't like this movie. Jane Fonda gives a poor performance. Gig Young is the only highlight of the movie. His portrayl of the sleeze master of ceremonies is pretty good. The rest of the movie stinks. I did like the ending, though. I've always thought Hanoi Jane should be shot. |
