Everyone is so quick to trash this movie,but this movie was just as good as it's predecessors!
I personally think that it was the most original screenplay out of all the superman films. The first twenty minutes made the movie seem as if it was going to be a comedy, but as the movie progresses it becomes rather dark. What made the movie so dark is Superman becoming totally evil after he's exposed to counterfeit kryptonite(this alone is worth the ticket). When I found out that Lex Luther would be replaced by Ross Webster I was devastated,but to my surprise he was equally memorable! I also loved the score for this movie,but unfortunately the composer Ken Thorne was blackballed and never received his due credit for this movie and SupermanII. See this movie for yourself!!! |
