This is the super hero movie to which all others are measured. It has heart, character, depth, comedy, and above all else it has warmth. Reeve and Donner captured something on film that is rarely ever done. This movie (and its sequel two years later) are head and shoulders above the rest of the super genre...Despite being made thirty years ago! |
