This is easily one of the best movies that I have ever seen. The acting is outstanding and this film really plays with your mind. "Somewhere in Time" would be my definitive movie when trying to explain all that a drama encompasses. At the beginning of the movie a very old woman comes to congradulate Christopher Reeves, a young playwrite, during a very well excepted opening party to his play. She comes in and hands him an old wind-up watch, telling him to "not forget to come back for her." I don't want to waste the movie for anyone, so this is all that I care to elaborate on. Some advice for watching this movie. Try to be very comfortable and have a lot of time on your hands (no outside pressures, etc.) and sit back and enjoy this movie. If you are pressed for time, etc., this movie could be considered as "slow moving" and you will not be able to feel the full effect/impact that this movie can leave on you. Enjoy! |
