Gene Kelly makes this movie worthwhile, although Donald O'Connor's "Make 'Em Laugh" steals the show (or very nearly does). THE classic of the genre, the film is funny, endearing, and worth every minute spent watching its majesty. From score to cinematography, it is perhaps the finest American film ever made...
