The Shining is a perfect example of how a horror film should be made. It moves along at an even pace & takes you into the hotel of horror where the dead still live. The twins in the hallway & the old woman in the hotel room are scary & haunting as can be, as are countless other scenes. The camera work is excellent, & the acting is superb. I was capitivated from the start. I could not watch this alone & sleep with the lights out for fear the twins were coming for me. |
